Absolutely! Our Build-A-Box lets you choose any 6 cookie flavours from our full menu. For cakes, cupcakes, and brownies, you can select your preferred flavour at checkout. For custom designs or corporate orders, please contact us directly.

Yes! There's a gift message field at checkout. We'll include a handwritten card with your message at no extra charge. For our Message Brownie, your personal message is piped directly onto the brownie itself.

We bake fresh to order, so orders can only be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. Please email hello@shirinclub.nl immediately and we'll do our best to accommodate. After 2 hours, your order will already be in production.

Yes! We love corporate orders, events, and special occasions. For orders of 10+ boxes or custom corporate gifting, please visit our contact page or email hello@shirinclub.nl to discuss your requirements.

Standard shipping starts from €9.95 depending on your location. Orders over €100 qualify for free shipping. Express shipping is available from €14.95.

We dispatch all orders within 24 hours of baking (Monday to Friday). Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Express delivery takes 1–2 business days. Remote areas may take longer.

Yes! Our cookies are packed in insulated, food-safe packaging to ensure they arrive fresh wherever you are.

We take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, but if your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@shirinclub.nl within 48 hours with a photo of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

We're at Witte de Withstraat 22, 3012 BN Rotterdam — in the heart of the city, just a short walk from Beurs metro station and the Markthal.

Sunday: 9am–2:30pm | Monday: 11am–2:30pm | Tuesday–Friday: 10am–3pm | Saturday: 9am–2:30pm. Please note hours may vary on public holidays — follow us on Instagram for updates.

For cakes and large orders, we recommend ordering at least 48–72 hours in advance. For cookies, cupcakes, and macarons, we can often accommodate next-day pickup. Contact us to confirm availability.

We do not currently offer certified gluten-free products. Our kitchen handles wheat flour in all production areas, so there is a risk of cross-contamination. We do not recommend our products for those with coeliac disease.

Our kitchen handles peanuts, tree nuts, and sesame seeds. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from nut allergens. Please consult your healthcare provider if you have a severe nut allergy.

Always. We use real Netherlandsn butter, premium-grade Belgian chocolate, and free-range eggs in all our baked goods. We never use artificial flavours or preservatives.

Our cookies are best enjoyed within 5–7 days of delivery at room temperature. For longer storage, they can be frozen for up to 3 months — just thaw at room temperature for 20 minutes before eating.

We actually recommend against refrigerating cookies — it can dry them out. Store in the original packaging at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. If you live in a particularly hot or humid climate, a brief stint in the fridge (sealed) is okay.

For that freshly-baked gooey experience, microwave your cookie for 12–15 seconds or pop it in a preheated oven at 160°C for 3–4 minutes. It's genuinely life-changing.

Absolutely! We offer custom corporate gifting packages, event catering, and branded packaging options for businesses. Our minimum order for corporate gifting is 20 boxes. Contact us for a quote and we'll put together something special for you.

Yes! For orders of 50+ boxes, we can arrange custom branded packaging with your logo and messaging. Lead time for custom packaging is 2–3 weeks. Email hello@shirinclub.nl with your requirements and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.
